This program takes a raster image you supply (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or TIFF) and translates it into a Web page using tables. Why? Why not! You can set some effects options below. If you use the defaults, the Web page will look exactly like your picture. Be patient. It'll take a while for the program to generate the Web page, and it'll take your browser a while to figure out how to render it on the screen after your browser has finished downloading it.
Tip: Stick to pictures with small dimensions. The larger the
dimensions, the bigger the generated Web page; the bigger the Web page,
the better the chance of it crashing your browser.
