Brainfuck Hello World Improved by Ben

My friend Ben got Hello World down to 139 bytes!

Ben is clever: instead of going back to byte 1 (the multiplier) and going from 111 to 32, he skips to byte 3 and goes up to 32:

++++++++[>+++++++++<-]>.<++++[>+++++++<-]>+.<++[>+++<-]>+..+++.++++[>++++++++<-]>.<+++++[>++++++++++<-]>+++++.<<.+++.------.<+++[>---<-]>+.

The language's inventor made a 111-byte version, available at
http://esoteric.sange.fi/brainfuck/bf-source/prog/HELLOUM.BF
However, with some fiddling I got it down to 106; check the file short.b at my site
